We elected to remove Hunts Pond Road from being managed by an external Management Company after many years of enduring poor service, escalating management fees and little transparency as to how our fees were being spent. 

Self-management has given us the opportunity to take control of our own finances, listen to the needs of the community and provide transparency on how funds are being spent, 

Hunts Pond Road Management Company Limited covers the addresses coloured and listed above. 

The estate has multiple management companies, so this is a useful image to help you understand if you are part of our management company.

All the Directors own properties at Hunts Pond Road and therefore have a vested interest in giving the residents value for their money.  These are voluntary positions so all the  funds are spent on the community and nothing else.
