Hunts Pond Road Management Company Limited was created when the estate was built (circa 2012). The company’s purpose was to appoint a Management Company to provide all the maintenance needs for the apartments and houses on the estate. (leasehold and freehold).
Since it was established there have been two companies appointed to "manage the estate". Neither of these providers delivered the standard expected and failed to provide an acceptable level of service. As such, Hunts Pond Road Management Company Limited took the decision to self-manage from January 2024.

There is a service charge applied to all properties in the estate. These service charges vary between freehold & leasehold properties. The service charges are based on the costs associated to your property, thes can include for example gardening, electricity, buildings insurance for flats. These are annual charges which are confirmed via an invoice from Hunts Pond Road Management Company Limited. The new Facebook site is intended to be a key communication tool from 2025 onwards. If you live in an apartment, check your Notice Board for any specific works scheduled on your block. At the moment the majority of communication to residents is via hardcopy. Our aim is to be "greener" by 2026 and plan to issue most communications electronically.
The policy for each block of flats is on the notice board. This provides details of the total sum insured, policy numbers and other key details which you may need. If you are unsure then please contact us.
